Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. By default, we give you a new Vora number that texts customers back instantly. If you want to keep your existing business number, you can set conditional call forwarding (no-answer/busy) to the Vora number so missed calls trigger a text. If you use a personal cell as your business line, we recommend publishing the Vora number to keep personal calls separate.
How fast is setup?
Instant. Start your free trial, and Vora will begin texting missed calls immediately. No tutorials, no Zoom calls.
Does Vora work in spanish?
Yes. Vora replies in English or Spanish and can auto-switch based on how the customer writes.
What if I go over my SMS limit?
No problem. Each plan includes plenty of messages (1,000 with Starter, 2,500 with Pro). If you go over, it’s just $10 per additional 1,000 SMS.
Trial & Cancellation?

What happens to voicemail?
You choose. Most clients run text-first and keep voicemail as a backup. If a call is missed, Vora texts back instantly; callers can still leave a voicemail if they stay on the line.
